Refund policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the first charge of a paid subscription (Pro or Empresa), no reason required. This window is independent of the free trial — during the trial there is no charge, so there is nothing to refund. To request a refund, contact us by email within the 14 days and we return the amount to the original payment method. After that, renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
