Do I need a card to start?

Not for the free plan: create the account and get going. A card is only asked for when you subscribe to PainelObra.

Do I need to install anything?

No. PainelObra opens in the browser, on phones and computers. On a phone, you can add it to the home screen, and it opens like an app.

What's in the free plan?

One active project, three people, thirty reports a month and two photos per set. It doesn't include the time clock, costs, measurement sheets, fleet, client portal, audit log or your letterhead on printed reports.

Does each person on the team pay separately?

No. The manager subscribes, and PainelObra costs €29.99 a month for the whole company. The team joins with the company code, free of charge.

Does the price include VAT?

Yes. The €29.99 a month already includes VAT: it's what you pay, with nothing added on top.

How does my team join?

The manager sends the company invite: a link with the code already in it. Each person opens it, creates their account and gets in once the manager approves. The team doesn't pay — up to three people on the free plan, no limit on the PainelObra plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel on the billing page, no contract or minimum term. The plan runs until the end of the paid period, then drops to free.

What if I change my mind?

You get a full refund within 14 days of the first charge, no questions asked. Just email ola@painelobra.com.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. The company drops to the free plan, and what was created in the paid sections stays readable and exportable.

How do I get my data out?

Under Privacy and data, export everything in an open format, whenever you like. Measurement sheets always stay in the Excel file they were uploaded as.
